Career in BHEL   Joined in Sept 1972. Worked as an Addl General Manager and In-Charge of Technology Development Laboratory, Advanced Material Handling Systems and Workshop of Corporate R & D, Hyderabad.

  • Worked in the following areas in different capacities Engineering and Commercial Co-ordination of 60 & 110 MW sets. BHEL, Hyd,1972-74.
  • Project Engineering , Piping Lay-outs of 60 & 110MW sets. Consultants/Site Interaction etc.
  • Consultancy/PED, New Delhi ,1974-77.Production follow-up of  Nuclear FBTR components. ESNP, New Dehli,1977-78.

A. Proposed 3 years Vision Plan (2007-2010) which was approved by G.C of MJCET and Board of SUES. The Vision plan was successfully Implemented which results in the following.

    Proposed 4th PG Program in M.E (Power Electronics Systems)
  2. Promoted R&D and consultancy activities. Solar Street Lights (5 Nos) installed in MJCET.
  3. Developed infrastructure modernizations of labs, seminar halls and procurement of computers, lab equipment , 320 KVA generator and 1000 Lts. Water treatment Plant.
  4. Faculty development programs
    1. Started study leave for pursuing higher education. That is M.Tect, Ph.D
    2. Reimbursement of one professional body life membership fee.
    3. Cash incentive schemes for achieving Ph.D qualification.
  5. Industrial tip up signed with ECIL, CITD for faculty / Student exchange programs.
  6. Academic partnership with Wipro, Infosys for enhancing placement for students.
