Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) II & III Year B.E. CSE (AI), AIDS, AIML

The Department of Computer Science & Artificial Engineering at Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology (MJCET) successfully organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the II and III year students of B.E. CSE (Artificial Intelligence), CSE (Data Science), and CSE (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) on 5th July2025.

Purpose of the Meeting:
The meeting aimed to strengthen the collaboration between parents and faculty in shaping the academic and professional journey of the students. The PTM focused on:

Improving student regularity and punctuality

Academic performance enhancement through remedial support

Early preparation and awareness for campus placement drives

Encouraging a study-oriented and disciplined approach

Key Highlights:
Faculty members shared semester-wise academic progress, attendance statistics, and behavioral observations with parents.

Discussions were held on the importance of remedial classes offered for academically struggling students and the need for parental encouragement in utilizing these opportunities.

For III-year students, the session stressed the importance of consistent academic performance, technical skill-building, and pre-placement training in view of the upcoming recruitment season.

Parents were encouraged to support and motivate their wards to attend classes regularly and maintain discipline both in academics and campus behavior.

Feedback & Response:
Parents appreciated the initiative and expressed their commitment to work collaboratively with the department to improve student outcomes. They also acknowledged the college's structured support systems aimed at bridging learning gaps and preparing students for competitive career paths.
